In December, 2012, Key Brand completed the acquisition of BroadwayBox.com, the leading website for discount theatre tickets in New York.

In March 2015, Key Brand completed the acquisition of The Broadway Channel, a media company that produces and distributes television programming.

In May 2016, Key Brand reorganized as The John Gore Organization (“JGO”) and announced the formation of The John Gore Foundation, supporting graduate theater students.
