Job Description
Account Coordinator supporting a Los Angeles full-service agency’s client marketing and advertising operations. Coordinating creative assets, meetings, documentation, invoices, and local event activations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the account management team with day-to-day client local marketing and advertising operations
- Open job orders and submit change orders for creative campaign development
- Traffic creative assets to Broadcast, Digital, and OOH media vendors
- Build monthly restaurant guides and schematics
- Assist in developing merchandising elements and submit digital menu board elements
- Coordinate client meetings, including venue setup, communications, materials, and day-of logistics
- Manage client status invitations, agendas, official meeting minutes, and conference reports
- Manage the official client email inbox and draft scheduled communications
- Coordinate details across internal departments
- Develop and distribute monthly recap emails to clients
- Submit weekly invoices for budget tracking
- Keep client documentation up to date, including distribution lists and attendance sheets
- Conduct competitive market research as directed
- Collaborate with Media, Partnership, Brand Communication, and Events teams on local event activations
- Travel within the local market for client meetings and event execution as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Prior internship or relevant agency/marketing experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to connect confidently and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks
- High level of attention to detail
- Ownership mindset and accountability for deadlines
- Resourceful, proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Eagerness to learn and absorb feedback
- Must currently live in the Los Angeles or surrounding vicinity, or plan to do so by the start date
- Ability to travel locally for in-person client meetings and event execution as needed
