Job Description
Account Executive growing Addepar’s AI-powered investment platform among U.S. wealth managers and financial firms. Owning prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiations, and full-cycle sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory plan to identify, qualify, and close new business within a named account list of RIAs, Family Offices, and Multi-Family offices
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Prospect and build a pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and inbound lead follow-up
- Conduct product demonstrations connecting Addepar’s platform capabilities to prospects’ operational challenges
- Engage VP- and C-suite-level decision-makers, including COOs, CTOs, and firm principals
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in Salesforce
- Partner with Pre-sales and Client Success to ensure smooth handoffs and a strong onboarding experience
- Represent Addepar at industry events, conferences, and prospect meetings, with 40–50% travel expected
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software or SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling into the wealth management or financial services industry
- Familiarity with RIA and family office business models
- Ability to run a structured sales process end-to-end, including discovery, demo, and close
- Ability to engage VP- and C-suite stakeholders in financial services firms
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce for pipeline and activity management
- Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with web conferencing tools such as Zoom and Teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Intellectual curiosity about fintech and wealth management
- Coachability and a growth mindset
- Competitive drive with a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Strong organizational skills and discipline to manage a high-volume pipeline
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship
- Authorized to begin work in the U.S. on the first day of employment
