Job Description
Commercial P&C Account Executive supporting a multi-million-dollar book of business at RT Specialty. Driving renewal activity and generating new business opportunities with brokers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares accounts for new business and renewals as directed by the broker
- Initiating renewal reviews to optimize client coverage
- Recommending strategies for client retention
- Assists brokers in developing market submissions and quote cover letters
- Reviewing incoming documents for accuracy and completeness
- Builds strong relationships with brokers
- Partners with brokers to drive renewal activity and generate new business opportunities
- Collaborates on new business strategies
- Evaluates account-related risks and ensures compliance with industry regulations
- Maintains accurate client data in internal systems
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Active P&C license
- Proactive, openness to learn, team based mindset
