Job Description
Account Executive selling Dun & Bradstreet business data and analytics solutions to enterprise clients. Renewing, expanding, and winning accounts through complex SaaS sales and customer travel.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions for an established client portfolio.
- Renew existing business and expand revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Drive negotiation, contracting and approval processes end to end.
- Navigate complex deal management and negotiations with multiple decision makers, products or funding sources.
- Plan assigned accounts and coordinate internal sales resources.
- Prospect, qualify and develop a sales pipeline and close business to meet or exceed annual objectives.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data for territory, account planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing on business reviews and win-back campaigns.
- Develop relationships with senior internal and external partners.
- Complete required D&B certifications and additional assigned duties.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of eight (8) years prior experience in an enterprise level SaaS, consulting or services sales role.
- Impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, managing client relationships of 25+ accounts and attaining or exceeding annual quota(s).
- Ability to assess client environments from business process, organizational and technological perspectives and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Track record managing complex sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written business communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent sales methodology, Salesforce.com, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills.
- Complete required D&B certifications.
- Expected to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
- Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
- Ability to travel by any form of transportation.
