Job Description
Account Executive growing Verily's precision-health data platform business among Life Sciences and MedTech clients. Owning enterprise sales, customer relationships, bookings, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Own the account relationship across all Verily offerings
- Manage the sales process to bring Verily's solutions to existing and new Life Sciences clients
- Understand customer needs, organizational structure and buying patterns
- Develop deep and broad relationships within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with Technical Sales and Customer Success teams to bring Verily's solutions to Life Science and MedTech clients
- Hold responsibility for bookings and revenue generation
- Work cross-functionally within Verily Commercial Teams and with Solutions Delivery and Implementation colleagues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Focus on transformational outcomes for stakeholders across the ecosystem
- Collaborate in strategic sales processes from lead generation to close, including presenting value propositions, identifying and addressing partner needs, negotiating business terms, and executing contracts
- Discover new business opportunities for Verily solutions
- Gather customer and partner feedback on pricing, market challenges, innovation and the competitive landscape
- Collaborate across Verily to achieve personal goals, team objectives and company milestones
- Aggressively grow the business and help establish Verily as a premier precision-health solution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales or business development focused on Technology SaaS, Real World Data or Life Sciences services
- Deep understanding of life science and med tech companies
- Experience selling complex solutions and driving significant revenue growth
- Highly consultative, hands on and collaborative
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work with complex, technical software and service offerings, and processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to take initiative, work efficiently and respond quickly to changes and a dynamic environment
- A positive attitude, open mind, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to collaborate and learn
- Experience with Google suite of productivity applications (gMail, gCalendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States
