Job Description
Account Executive developing new business and managing client relationships by offering tailored IT and managed service solutions. Driving revenue growth through consultative sales within the commercial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Present and sell managed services solutions including IT support, cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, and related technologies
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points, business objectives, and technology needs
- Create proposals, pricing, and service agreements tailored to client requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and client information within CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Stay current on industry trends, technology solutions, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Account Executive, Business Development, or Sales experience within Managed Services, IT Services, or Technology Solutions
- Experience selling into commercial/mid-market organizations
- Strong understanding of managed services offerings, including cloud, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT support services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
