Job Description
Account Executive managing and expanding employer relationships for Liviniti, a pharmacy benefits manager reducing prescription costs. Leading PBM account growth, onboarding, implementation, reporting, and client satisfaction remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand relationships with the company’s customers, vendors, and internal and external contacts
- Establish goodwill and develop productive, professional customer and vendor relationships
- Independently prevent and resolve issues with strong attention to detail
- Serve as a superior problem solver
- Follow through on tasks through accurate and timely resolution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet account performance objectives
- Lead the account management process and foster an effective team environment
- Drive account growth, retention, and strategic planning
- Assist in securing new accounts and manage onboarding processes
- Promote new products and solutions to customers
- Deliver and interpret reports
- Consult with customers by phone or in person
- Communicate customer needs to other team members
- Ensure project implementation timelines are met
- Maintain client satisfaction during plan implementation and related service activities
- Conduct benefit review presentations
- Abide by HIPAA obligations related to Protected Health Information
- Complete required HIPAA training and demonstrate competency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, I/O Psychology, or related field required
- Four years of external client-facing support or related account management experience in a healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment

- Ability to work core hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, with schedule adjustments for meetings across time zones
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required by industry demands
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including frequent overnight travel
