Job Description

Account Executive managing and expanding employer relationships for Liviniti, a pharmacy benefits manager reducing prescription costs. Leading PBM account growth, onboarding, implementation, reporting, and client satisfaction remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with the company’s customers, vendors, and internal and external contacts
  • Establish goodwill and develop productive, professional customer and vendor relationships
  • Independently prevent and resolve issues with strong attention to detail
  • Serve as a superior problem solver
  • Follow through on tasks through accurate and timely resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet account performance objectives
  • Lead the account management process and foster an effective team environment
  • Drive account growth, retention, and strategic planning
  • Assist in securing new accounts and manage onboarding processes
  • Promote new products and solutions to customers
  • Deliver and interpret reports
  • Consult with customers by phone or in person
  • Communicate customer needs to other team members
  • Ensure project implementation timelines are met
  • Maintain client satisfaction during plan implementation and related service activities
  • Conduct benefit review presentations
  • Abide by HIPAA obligations related to Protected Health Information
  • Complete required HIPAA training and demonstrate competency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, I/O Psychology, or related field required
  • Four years of external client-facing support or related account management experience in a healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment

  • Ability to work core hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, with schedule adjustments for meetings across time zones
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required by industry demands
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including frequent overnight travel
