Job Description
Account Executive at Upfluence handling influencer marketing through live demos and managing pipelines. Uncapped earnings based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- run up to six live demos a day with prospects
- own your pipeline and your quota: carry a monthly and quarterly target with uncapped earnings
- become a genuine expert in influencer marketing and in how Upfluence solves real problems for brands and agencies
- manage your pipeline and follow-up in Salesforce so nothing slips
- bring the voice of the customer back to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements:
- evidence that you compete and win when something is measured
- communicate clearly and listen actively, then proposes solutions that add value
- takes ownership of the role, of the number, of getting better
- stays resilient when the answer is no, and treats feedback as fuel rather than criticism
- genuinely curious about influencer marketing and wants to learn the space deeply
