Job Description

Account Executive at Upfluence handling influencer marketing through live demos and managing pipelines. Uncapped earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • run up to six live demos a day with prospects
  • own your pipeline and your quota: carry a monthly and quarterly target with uncapped earnings
  • become a genuine expert in influencer marketing and in how Upfluence solves real problems for brands and agencies
  • manage your pipeline and follow-up in Salesforce so nothing slips
  • bring the voice of the customer back to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • communicate clearly and listen actively, then proposes solutions that add value
  • takes ownership of the role, of the number, of getting better
  • stays resilient when the answer is no, and treats feedback as fuel rather than criticism
