Job Description
Senior Account Executive for Bonusly managing mid-market and enterprise accounts. Driving pipeline management, closing deals, and utilizing AI tools in a fully remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full-cycle book of mid-market accounts (200–5,000 employees)
- Drive deals and close effectively
- Engage at a high level with stakeholders
- Build and manage an outbound pipeline when necessary
- Utilize AI tools in the sales process
- Lead and mentor others within the team
Requirements:
- Several years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- A track record of exceeding quota and closing deals in the $15K–$100K ARR range
- Meaningful outbound experience
- Genuine AI fluency
- Strong discovery fundamentals
- Startup experience and the operating style that comes with it: adaptable, resourceful, willing to do the work that isn’t in the job description.
