Job Description

Account Executive supporting a middle-market insurance brokerage team specializing in real estate-driven accounts. Managing client accounts, policy submissions, renewals, endorsements, and client support with a focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the renewal lifecycle of commercial insurance accounts
  • Support account submissions, renewals, and policy servicing
  • Issue insurance policies, binders, and endorsements
  • Maintain accurate policy documentation and client account records
  • Provide day-to-day customer service and account support
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters
  • Support brokers with submissions and market communications
  • Review insurance policies and documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize insurance brokerage systems such as Titan
  • Work closely with brokers and senior team members on account servicing
  • Participate in hands-on training with senior leadership and internal training programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in commercial insurance
  • Experience managing client accounts, financial data, or complex documentation
  • Experience with policy administration, renewals, or underwriting support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines within a very fast paced environment.
