Job Description

Amazon Account Health & Catalogue Manager overseeing listings and catalog management for dietary supplements across various EU marketplaces. Conducting audits, driving performance, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new catalogue entries (new ASINs, all EU marketplaces, via flat files and the Add Products tool)
  • Update titles and listing content — including the stubborn ones where Amazon rejects the change
  • Build, fix, and maintain variation listings — parent-child relationships, variation themes per category and marketplace
  • Consolidate reviews across variation families — done correctly and within Amazon's variation policy
  • Audit our ASINs against FBA size/pricing tiers
  • Flag pricing errors and anything else that looks off before it costs us money
  • Reinstate suppressed, flagged, or deactivated listings — diagnose fast, fix fast
  • Open and drive Seller Support / Seller Performance cases
  • Monitor Account Health proactively — policy compliance, IP complaints, listing quality alerts

Requirements:

  • Deep Amazon Seller Central expertise — you've managed accounts with complex catalogs across multiple EU marketplaces
  • Proven track record with catalog management — variations, flat files, ASIN merges, listing reinstatements
  • Expert at navigating Amazon Support — you know when to call, when to email, when to escalate
  • Experience with supplements or restricted product categories is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working across EU Amazon marketplaces (DE, IT, FR, ES, SE, NL)
  • Proactive and detail-oriented — you catch problems before they escalate
  • Strong written communicator — you'll update us on open issues and explain technical Amazon problems clearly
  • Proficiency in English (German is a plus but not required)

Benefits:

  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Professional development opportunities
