Job Description
Account Manager at JD Power responsible for supporting automotive sales and managing client relationships. Collaborating with teams to optimize processes and reporting for revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Account Executives to keep the Salesforce pipeline organized and current
- Collaborate with the finance department for precise reporting
- Track and monitor monthly revenue deadlines
- Support Accounting for revenue recognition
- Collaborate with teams to prepare RFP responses
- Assist with contract negotiation
- Manage client communication and inquiries
- Coordinate client meetings and presentations
- Manage client access to JD Power online platforms
- Facilitate collaboration among the Sales, Product, and Solutions teams
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry
- Demonstrate experience in customer service and account management
- Analytical and problem-solving mind
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused
- Effective time management
- Negotiating skills
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Experience using Excel, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, PowerPoint
