Job Description
Account Manager serving Jabil customers across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Coordinating fulfillment, delivery performance, issue resolution, and account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate customer requirements with Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery performance
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Monitor demand forecasts, order status, inventory levels, and key account metrics
- Lead customer communications regarding schedules, deliveries, escalations, and operational issues
- Organize and participate in customer reviews, business meetings, and performance discussions
- Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support account growth opportunities and strategic business objectives
- Maintain accurate account data and reporting within ERP and business systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Program Management, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience within a manufacturing, electronics, medical device, or industrial environment is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English; German is highly desirable
