Job Description
Account Manager for onboarding new clients in a fintech company, guiding them through account setup and trading services. Support includes account activation and KYC verification.
Responsibilities:
- Contact new clients via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Guide clients through account registration and KYC verification.
- Assist with MT4/MT5 platform setup and account activation.
- Explain products, account types and trading services.
- Support clients through their first deposit.
- Resolve onboarding issues with Compliance and Operations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
- Achieve onboarding and activation targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in Forex, CFDs, fintech or financial services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Client-facing sales or account management experience.
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 is an advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
