Job Description

Account Manager for onboarding new clients in a fintech company, guiding them through account setup and trading services. Support includes account activation and KYC verification.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact new clients via phone, WhatsApp and email.
  • Guide clients through account registration and KYC verification.
  • Assist with MT4/MT5 platform setup and account activation.
  • Explain products, account types and trading services.
  • Support clients through their first deposit.
  • Resolve onboarding issues with Compliance and Operations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
  • Achieve onboarding and activation targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Forex, CFDs, fintech or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Client-facing sales or account management experience.
  • Familiarity with MT4/MT5 is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
