Job Description
Account Manager responsible for maintaining client relationships and driving upsell opportunities within a global auto parts network. Engage with clients for satisfaction and retention efforts in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients/customers
- Analyzing client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling additional products, services, or upgrades
- Creating and presenting persuasive upsell proposals to clients
- Collaborating with various internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings
- Engaging in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Proactively monitoring client satisfaction and addressing concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sales acumen to recognize upsell opportunities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or other relevant tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer-centric mindset and willingness to help customers succeed
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
