Job Description
Customer Development roles enhancing market share and commercial excellence for FMCG products in France. Managing a portfolio of approximately 60 supermarkets with autonomy and strategic focus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop market share for our categories and ensure commercial excellence across your territory
- Manage assortment organization and ensure correct execution of product listings in stores
- Ensure promotion of our innovations and their in-store visibility
- Negotiate, plan and track promotional campaigns with clients
- Implement merchandising activities, optimize shelf space and support re-merchandising/re-layouts
- Perform daily analyses of your territory and product categories
Requirements:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
- Proven initial experience as a Sales Representative, Area/Territory Manager or Category Manager, ideally in FMCG
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a competitive mindset and the ability to persuade
- Autonomous, organized and results-oriented
