Job Description

Customer Development roles enhancing market share and commercial excellence for FMCG products in France. Managing a portfolio of approximately 60 supermarkets with autonomy and strategic focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop market share for our categories and ensure commercial excellence across your territory
  • Manage assortment organization and ensure correct execution of product listings in stores
  • Ensure promotion of our innovations and their in-store visibility
  • Negotiate, plan and track promotional campaigns with clients
  • Implement merchandising activities, optimize shelf space and support re-merchandising/re-layouts
  • Perform daily analyses of your territory and product categories

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
  • Proven initial experience as a Sales Representative, Area/Territory Manager or Category Manager, ideally in FMCG
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a competitive mindset and the ability to persuade
  • Autonomous, organized and results-oriented
