Job Description

Account Strategist managing client marketing programs for Go Fish Digital. Overseeing account operations, client communication, and performance-driven strategies across digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the execution and performance of client marketing programs
  • Owning day-to-day account operations, coordinating across internal teams
  • Contributing to performance-driven strategies
  • Managing workflows and client communication
  • Connecting performance data to insights, recommendations, and client goals
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing communication, follow-ups, and requests with minimal oversight
  • Build strong working relationships through consistent, reliable execution and communication
  • Lead portions of client meetings, including status updates and reporting walk-throughs
  • Own execution of timelines, deliverables, and workflows across assigned accounts
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met in dynamic environments
  • Maintain key account documentation, including trackers, timelines, and reports
  • Proactively identify risks to timelines or deliverables and escalate when needed
  • Support budget and scope tracking at a project level
  • Begin connecting performance data to campaign strategy and client objectives
  • Contribute to reporting, including drafting insights and recommendations
  • Partner with media and analytics teams to ensure data is accurate and actionable
  • Coordinate with other departments, including web development, media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure aligned execution across channels
  • Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with strategy
  • Maintain high standards for quality while managing multiple deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 or more years of experience in account management, marketing, or related field
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including owned media (SEO & GEO), paid media (search, social, and programmatic), Email & SMS, and more.
  • Travel, tourism, and hospitality marketing experience is preferred
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and client relationships
  • Experience working with e-commerce and/or B2B clients is a plus
  • Hands-on media execution experience is a plus
