Job Description

Agency Manager role at Meiks Affiliate Tipps focusing on innovative marketing leadership and AI applications within the marketing sector. Drive team performance while enhancing client success with authentic reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the visibility of our authentic product and service reviews.
  • Lead and motivate a small team of independent reviewers to ensure all product and service evaluations are authentic and transparent.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify innovative ways to improve our offerings and extend our reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and platforms such as Digistore24 and Copecart to expand our network and credibility.
  • Take responsibility for the agency’s growth and development through strategic planning and effective use of resources, including the integration of advanced AI technologies.
  • Lead, coordinate, and further develop the agency.
  • Acquire, support, and develop clients.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing activities.
  • Manage and develop personnel.
  • Handle reporting and forecasting.
  • Independently execute the goals agreed upon together.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing or sales, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a small team.
  • Experience working with AI-driven tools and strategies to optimize business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrable sales success or a determined will to pursue your goals and dreams.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable sales/customer service position.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
