Job Description
Computer Science expert designing challenging, original computational problems for AI training. Creating tasks that enhance model reasoning with verifiable solutions in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Design advanced problems in algorithms, systems, theory, machine learning, or computational methods
- Create code-first and reasoning-heavy tasks that challenge state-of-the-art AI systems
- Submit complete and verified solutions, including programmatic approaches when needed
- Develop multi-part tasks that mirror real technical and research workflows
- Ensure problems are deterministic, rigorous, and reproducible
- Write clearly and precisely in English
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong research or industry experience in computational problem-solving
- Strong Python skills; experience with scientific or ML tooling is a plus
- Excellent understanding of algorithms, complexity, numerical methods, and software-based workflows
- Ability to create hard, original problems beyond standard interview-style questions
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Experience in machine learning, formal methods, distributed systems, optimization, or scientific computing (nice to have)
- Experience with benchmarking, evaluations, or technical assessment creation (nice to have)
- Familiarity with advanced libraries, solvers, or symbolic systems (nice to have)
