Job Description
AI enablement manager helping financial institutions adopt AI through workshops, training, and consulting. Translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and responsible adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI enablement programs and develop plans that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term usage
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on demonstrations for business users and leaders
- Build excitement and confidence around AI adoption; address stakeholder concerns and identify opportunities for AI in daily processes
- Answer technical questions about system design, data flow, and failure modes
- Determine when workflows need retrieval, grounding, or human review and explain the rationale in plain language
- Partner with engineers, consultants, and delivery leaders to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Identify adoption barriers and create communications, learning materials, and other resources
- Define and track adoption metrics, user engagement, and business outcomes; gather feedback and improve programs
- Help financial services and insurance organizations adopt AI responsibly while aligning with governance, compliance, and risk-management requirements
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or a related field
- A specific, named example of something you built or configured with generative AI, such as an agent workflow, rules-based guardrail, or automated triage process
- Working fluency across multiple AI platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, including experience leading sessions with executives, business stakeholders, and end users
- Ability to influence and engage skeptical audiences
- Track record with quantifiable results, including adoption numbers, engagement rates, time saved, or error-rate reductions
- Experience developing and delivering training, enablement, or adoption programs for enterprise software, digital transformation, or AI initiatives
- Consultative mindset and ability to diagnose business processes and identify automation or AI opportunities
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for business users
- Comfortable operating in a client-facing consulting environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities
- Prosci, ACMP, instructional design, or related certifications are a plus
