Job Description
AI Engineer developing scalable ML solutions and taking responsibility for production AI systems. Collaborating with teams to ensure reliable and maintainable models in products.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and operate scalable AI/ML models and pipelines
- Translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutions
- Develop processes for data preprocessing, feature engineering and model training
- Integrate AI models into existing software systems and platforms
- Conduct experiments and evaluate performance, quality and stability
- Take responsibility for the entire ML lifecycle: data → training → deployment → monitoring
- Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code
- Work closely with software engineers, product teams and other stakeholders
- Actively engage with new developments in AI, machine learning and applied research
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a comparable technical background
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer
- Excellent programming skills in Python
- Practical experience with common ML and data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and software engineering principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and technical depth
- Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team
