Job Description

AI-Native Software Engineer transforming Insider One’s marketing and customer engagement platform with coding agents. Establishing secure, measurable AI-assisted engineering standards across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, test, review, debug, refactor, document, and ship production features with coding agents
  • Work in Insider One’s high-traffic marketing and customer engagement platform serving 2,000+ brands
  • Build shared global agents, skills, context files, MCP integrations, prompt templates, and embedded guardrails
  • Design human-in-the-loop workflows for high-risk architectural and security decisions
  • Automate repetitive product and engineering workflows using stateful, multi-step agentic systems
  • Own the AI review pipeline and test-coverage gate as products
  • Threat-model AI-assisted development and its supply chain
  • Implement CI defenses against prompt injection, jailbreaks, tool-call abuse, and data poisoning
  • Measure agent impact, vulnerability escape rate, review precision, test effectiveness, and adoption through dashboards
  • Convert production escapes into guardrails, regression tests, or rules within one cycle
  • Establish and maintain organization-wide AI-assisted engineering standards
  • Teach through sessions, pull-request reviews, playbooks, and mentorship
  • Evaluate new AI tooling and recommend useful technologies to product and business teams

Requirements:

  • Daily production use of coding agents, with the agent doing most of the writing and the candidate owning the result
  • One end-to-end project using coding agents, from empty repository to live deployment
  • Evidence that an AI standard, rule set, shared agent, review pipeline, or playbook was adopted by other engineers
  • Experience measuring outcomes such as accepted-code rate, rework, escape rate, review false positives, or time saved
  • Agentic depth including tool and function calling, multi-step workflows, state, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop
  • Security experience involving AI surfaces such as prompt injection, tool abuse, secret leakage, or unverified dependencies
  • Strong fundamentals in clean code, testing, error handling, performance, and engineering judgment
  • Ability to teach and operationalize AI-assisted development practices
  • Go and PHP/Laravel preferred; Python, TypeScript, or other languages accepted
  • 2+ years designing highly scalable, highly available systems, mostly in Go (nice to have)
  • LLM experience with prompt engineering, agent SDKs, or orchestration frameworks such as Strands Agents, LangChain, or LlamaIndex (nice to have)
  • Experience with RAG, MCP, agents, skills, hooks, or plugins (nice to have)
  • Experience integrating SAST and dependency findings into agent-driven patching workflows (nice to have)
  • Experience producing ADRs with AI and defining measurable architectural fitness checks (nice to have)
  • No specific years or titles required; role is scoped at the top level of the internal AI-Native Engineer matrix

Benefits:

  • Monthly meal allowance
  • Comprehensive private health insurance
  • Yoga classes, running and cycling clubs, and nutrition workshops
  • Access to Spotify, LinkedIn Learning, Blinkist, MasterClass, Neoskola, and CloudGuru
  • Internal training covering AI fundamentals, coding, foreign languages, and personal development skills
  • Eligibility-based ESOP share ownership
  • Referral bonuses
  • Volunteering and purpose-driven social impact projects
  • Global retreats and team-building activities
  • Equal-opportunity, zero-discrimination workplace
