Job Description
AI Security Analyst securing generative AI, LLM, and agentic systems at 8am, a business-management software company. Supporting SOC monitoring, AI governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and mitigate AI-specific threats, including prompt injection, jailbreaking, adversarial inputs, sensitive information disclosure, insecure output handling, excessive agency, model misuse, overreliance, and third-party AI supply-chain vulnerabilities
- Triage and risk-assess proposed AI use cases with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Privacy before production deployment
- Recommend controls and document AI use-case decisions
- Support the company’s agentic-work governance model through autonomy classification reviews, agent activity monitoring, and governance-review evidence collection
- Evaluate third-party AI vendors, model providers, and AI-enabled features for security posture and data handling
- Maintain the approved-provider view
- Perform SOC-style monitoring, alert triage, and investigations across cloud, application, and AI-enabled systems
- Monitor AI API usage and data flows
- Enhance detection rules and logging for AI-specific activity
- Support audit readiness for SOC 2 and PCI DSS
- Support alignment with NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM Top 10, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Document AI security controls and risk assessments
- Support AI-related incident response, investigation, and post-incident analysis
Requirements:
- 3+ years in security operations, security analysis, or GRC with hands-on technical exposure
- Working understanding of LLM-specific threat classes, including OWASP LLM Top 10
- Working understanding of AI risk frameworks, including NIST AI RMF
- Ability to read logs, write basic queries and scripts, and investigate independently
- Strong written English and documentation discipline
- Comfortable working in a distributed team
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation
- Preferably based in Brno, Czech Republic
- Bonus: Experience monitoring or governing agentic AI systems, MCP integrations, or AI developer tooling
- Bonus: Fintech, legal-tech, or other regulated-industry background
