Job Description
AI Specialist developing automation solutions for the United States Postal Service. Designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven systems for complex business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven systems to automate complex business processes using Postal tools
- Collaborate across CISO Security, and CIO teams to automate workflows, ensure data integrity, data accuracy, and support mission-critical operations
- Create, configure, and deploy automated systems combining AI, machine learning, RPA bots, Microsoft Power Tools, Databricks, and Splunk
- Monitor and optimize automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system scalability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in scripting, Python, and (Java, or R)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, or 10 years of equivalent experience
- Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, ServiceNow, and an RPA platform
- Ability to analyze large datasets, leveraging multiple tools, to uncover patterns for process optimization
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization
- Exposure to network security or cybersecurity
