Job Description

Monteur vidéo IA freelance créant des publicités UGC et fictives pour CHASR, agence spécialisée en social ads Meta et TikTok. Production, itération et optimisation de créas orientées performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce innovative, scalable, and high-performing creatives using artificial intelligence.
  • Create highly realistic AI-generated UGC videos (B-roll, face-cam, etc.).
  • Create non-realistic AI-generated content featuring avatars, animated characters, and generated worlds.
  • Assemble, edit, and enhance content produced with AI video, voice, and image tools.
  • Combine multiple AI tools to achieve a smooth and engaging final result.
  • Quickly create multiple variations of the same concept to test different angles, hooks, visuals, and formats.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists and copywriters to bring concepts and scripts to life.
  • Contribute to the overall performance of advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Experience in video editing and using AI tools (Nano Banana, VEO, Sora, Kling, Freepik, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social ad best practices and conventions (TikTok / Meta).
  • Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention.
  • Strong marketing sensibility.
  • Highly creative.
  • Self-motivated, fast, and detail-oriented.
