Responsibilities:
- Producing performance video ads at incredible scale for platforms like Meta and AppLovin
- Constantly pressure-testing new generative video tools
- Folding what works into a production system that gets smarter every sprint
Requirements:
- Deep expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects
- Exceptional eye for design principles
- Voracious appetite for building functional wireframes and prototypes fast
- Encyclopedic knowledge of current generative video models
- Exceptional prompt engineering skills across text-to-image, text-to-video, and voice synthesis
- Fluent understanding of LLMs, multimodal models, and embedding pipelines
