Job Description
Talent Acquisition Analyst conducting recruitment processes for a significant construction client. Analyzing recruitment requirements, coordinating evaluations, and maintaining candidate databases.
Responsibilities:
- Realizar el análisis de los requerimientos de reclutamiento y selección
- Publicación de avisos de reclutamiento
- Recepción y filtro curricular
- Coordinación de entrevistas de evaluación con los candidatos preseleccionados
- Aplicación y análisis de pruebas psicológicas y chequear referencias profesionales
- Coordinación de la entrevista de selección con el área cliente del proceso
- Mantención continua de las bases de selección y reclutamiento de candidatos
Requirements:
- Titulado de Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Adm. de Empresas o Ingeniería comercial
- Experiencia en Reclutamiento y Selección
