Job Description
AP Accountant II managing complex invoices, vendor relationships, and reconciliations for Nebius’s global AI cloud platform. Supporting month-end close across multi-currency, multi-entity operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently across assigned accounts payable activities
- Exercise judgment when handling complex or non-standard invoices and exceptions
- Own follow-through on exceptions, reconciliations and open items
- Manage vendor relationships, respond to queries, resolve disputes and maintain accurate vendor records
- Identify issues requiring escalation and clearly frame them
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and AP aging review
- Share knowledge with AP Accountant I colleagues and support their informal development
- Recognize recurring issue patterns and raise them proactively
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years focused specifically on Accounts Payable, ideally in an international or multi-entity environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of AP activities end-to-end
- Experience with full-cycle AP including vendor management, reconciliations and month-end
- Solid working knowledge of an ERP system — NetSuite strongly preferred
- Comfortable handling multi-currency transactions and working across different legal entities
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of owning deadlines and controls
- Excellent written and verbal English; English is the primary working language
