Job Description

Appointment Setter / Sales Closer engaging leads for digital solutions. Supporting sales by qualifying prospects and booking appointments to improve business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage company-provided leads via phone, email, and follow-up outreach
  • Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, decision-making authority, and readiness
  • Nurture leads through multiple touchpoints to build trust and interest
  • Book qualified appointments directly onto the company calendar
  • Close deals when appropriate without disrupting sales momentum
  • Clearly explain digital services such as: Website design and development, AI tools (chatbots, RAG systems, automation workflows), Client-facing and internal business solutions
  • Identify which services provide the most value for each prospect
  • Maintain accurate notes, statuses, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team for handoffs when needed
  • Follow sales scripts and processes while adapting conversations naturally

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken and written English with clear enunciation (near-native proficiency)
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or lead qualification
  • Comfort speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand: Websites and digital platforms, AI and automation concepts (training provided)
  • Ability to think critically and go beyond scripts during conversations
  • Strong listening, objection-handling, and persuasion skills
  • Experience using or learning CRMs and VoIP systems
