Job Description
Join Red Hat as an Architect in the Netherlands, working at customer sites to deliver cloud solutions and technology expertise. Enhance customer engagement and manage IT needs with Red Hat’s infrastructure services.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site
- Answer questions about best practices across topics like reliability and scalability
- Lead on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat technology
- Adapt to changing customer requirements and respond to incidents professionally
- Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting role or similar
- Experience or knowledge of infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Foundational awareness of modern application development practices and software delivery life cycle
- Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and guide interactions
- Knowledge of Red Hat infrastructure solutions (e.g., Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat Virtualization, etc.) is a plus
- Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) or Engineer (RHCE) certification is a plus
