Job Description
Responsable de secteur chez Unilever, entreprise internationale de biens de consommation. Développement des catégories, négociation promotionnelle et excellence d’exécution auprès d’environ 60 hypermarchés.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the group's commercial strategy in stores
- Manage assortments and ensure the correct execution of product listings
- Promote innovations and ensure visibility of product launches
- Negotiate, renegotiate and monitor promotional agreements
- Implement merchandising actions and optimize shelf space
- Support store resets/replanograms and category growth plans
- Analyze commercial performance and recommend corrective actions
- Act as an active field representative for national projects and priorities
- Independently manage a portfolio of approximately 60 hypermarkets within a dedicated geographic area
- Sustainably develop category performance, ensure excellence of in-store execution and represent Unilever to customers
- Build understanding of markets, customers and decision-making models through interaction with head office teams
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a Master's degree (business school, university, engineering) or 2–3 years of professional experience
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail or FMCG is a plus
- Valid driving license required
- Strong field orientation and commercial drive
- Enjoys challenges and has a results-driven mindset
