Job Description
Payments Associate handling accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and vendor payments for UAE and GCC subsidiaries. Processing expenses and telecom bills through Oracle Fusion.
Responsibilities:
- Account for MB UAE, subsidiaries, and GCC branches, including staff payments, vendor payments, monthly reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Add fixed assets (FA)
- Process MCL and MSL daily and monthly vouchers
- Perform flexposting
- Record subsidiary expenses by expense nature through Oracle Fusion AP and GL
- Prepare monthly payments for telecommunication lines, including scheduled and non-scheduled bills
