Job Description
Associate Director leading SAP S/4 HANA Transformation for RTX Corporation's global trade management initiatives. Working across departments to ensure compliance and guidance on project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Trade and Digital Technology functional leadership while providing necessary guidance
- Support reviews and provide advice and guidance on the deployment of Digital Technology tools
- Lead and influence committees of Global Trade professionals
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans with control tower tracking
- Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate across the RTX businesses
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in PM leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or Business Administration
- 10+ years’ experience in related work
- Experience in Program Management in the digital technology space
- Familiarity with digital software tools from SAP
- Demonstrated knowledge and proven work experience in roles that ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. Sanctions regulations
