Job Description
Alabama-licensed contract attorney reviewing and executing creditor-rights pleadings for HighPoint Law Offices. Remote legal-document work using CLS case management and Adobe PDF.
Responsibilities:
- Review legal files and pleadings for accuracy and completeness
- Electronically sign pleadings following review
- Access and review files through the firm's case management system (CLS)
- Digitally execute documents using Adobe PDF
Requirements:
- Active Alabama Bar license in good standing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment
- Experience with VPN access and remote systems preferred, but not required
- Prior legal documentation review experience is a plus, though not required
- Basic legal technology proficiency
- Must be licensed in Alabama
