Job Description

Selbständiger Rechtsanwalt für Versicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht bei Dawood Rechtsanwälte. Eigenständige Mandatsbearbeitung in einer digitalen, bundesweit beratenden Kanzlei.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle clients’ matters both out of court and in litigation
  • Focus primarily on insurance law and/or employment law
  • Draft pleadings and legal opinions
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, authorities, and opposing counsel
  • Attend court hearings
  • Take full responsibility for the proceedings assigned
  • If interested, handle matters in additional areas of law and develop your own areas of expertise
  • Use digital tools and electronic files to handle matters efficiently

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice as an attorney
  • Independent and reliable approach to work
  • Enjoy handling client matters autonomously
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong legal reasoning and argumentation skills
  • Interest in digital workflows
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new legal issues
  • Professional experience in insurance law or employment law is an advantage but not essential
