Job Description
Selbständiger Rechtsanwalt für Versicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht bei Dawood Rechtsanwälte. Eigenständige Mandatsbearbeitung in einer digitalen, bundesweit beratenden Kanzlei.
Responsibilities:
- Independently handle clients’ matters both out of court and in litigation
- Focus primarily on insurance law and/or employment law
- Draft pleadings and legal opinions
- Communicate with clients, insurers, authorities, and opposing counsel
- Attend court hearings
- Take full responsibility for the proceedings assigned
- If interested, handle matters in additional areas of law and develop your own areas of expertise
- Use digital tools and electronic files to handle matters efficiently
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice as an attorney
- Independent and reliable approach to work
- Enjoy handling client matters autonomously
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong legal reasoning and argumentation skills
- Interest in digital workflows
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new legal issues
- Professional experience in insurance law or employment law is an advantage but not essential
