Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing remote ABA services to children and families. Conducting assessments, overseeing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
