Job Description

Remote BCBA guiding individualized ABA treatment for children and families at Horizon Blue. Supervising RBTs, adjusting programs, and collaborating with parents and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Work with 8–10 families and manage individualized caseloads.
  • Adjust programming as children grow.
  • Support parents through challenges.
  • Coach RBTs working with children daily.
  • Collaborate weekly and receive clinical mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
  • NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA
  • Medicaid ID from New York State
  • Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish
