Job Description
BCBA practice owner building behavioral therapy practices with Finni Health, an autism-care platform. Supervising clinical teams and delivering evidence-based ABA care to families.
Responsibilities:
- Start and build an ABA/behavioral therapy practice from the ground up with Finni Health
- Collaborate with Finni's team on guidelines, handbooks, and processes for the practice
- Communicate regarding billing and insurance requirements and submission deadlines
- Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed
- Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports
- Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation, training, and in-service programs
- Provide client-specific intervention training to staff and parents
- Ensure treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect current research
- Train and supervise clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback on ABA intervention implementation
- Collaborate with families to develop behavior support strategies
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
- Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- BCBA certification is required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
