Job Description

Bilingual BCBA delivering telehealth ABA assessments, treatment plans, and family-centered care for children with autism. Mentoring RBTs through FronteraCare’s technology-enabled behavioral healthcare model.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessment processes
  • Develop case supervision and clinical management
  • Develop and implement ABA treatment plans
  • Consult with RBTs or BTs regarding client and family concerns
  • Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities based on age and ability
  • Include clients and families in treatment-goal setting and train families on treatment strategies and carryover skills
  • Give clear, concise instructions when presenting therapy materials and techniques
  • Record and accurately track daily client and family progress
  • Use session time efficiently to meet objectives
  • Provide accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families
  • Plan discharge for the person served
  • Lead and mentor RBTs through an innovative telehealth care model
  • Utilize digital phenotyping, intelligent assessment tools, and asynchronous supervision technology

Requirements:

  • General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Services and/or knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Managerial experience
  • Proficient computer skills in Excel, database management, and record keeping
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Completing stage two assessments
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field, with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
  • Two or more years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments/analyses and developing, implementing, overseeing, monitoring, and adjusting functional behavior plans
  • 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience
  • Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO
  • Ability to work within 8am–5pm MT
  • Must operate within local, state, and federal regulations and adhere to Frontera policies and procedures
