Job Description
Senior Business Analyst leading requirements management and strategic initiatives at CareSource, a health insurer. Overseeing Epics, KPIs, process improvement, and cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams delivering solutions to complex business challenges
- Establish relationships with senior stakeholders and align strategic initiatives with business goals
- Review business cases, contracts, and architectural diagrams for alignment with business objectives and requirements
- Identify, sequence, create, and maintain Epics throughout their lifecycle
- Coordinate Epic and Feature updates across teams and business areas during refinement processes
- Lead complex requirements elicitation using advanced facilitation and modeling techniques
- Ensure comprehensive requirements documentation and traceability according to corporate standards
- Provide input on project status reports, escalated items, change requests, incremental funding, and strategic estimates
- Oversee Epics and Features across multiple high-impact projects and programs, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication
- Champion process improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
- Mentor business analysts and project teams
- Collaborate with executive leadership, IT, product management, and other departments on strategy execution and requirements implementation
- Analyze dashboards and metrics to correct data and optimize business processes
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs for requirements status and throughput
- Prepare and present strategic findings, recommendations, and progress updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in requirements management
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA, Modern Requirements, or equivalent business requirements management tools
- Experience with software development processes, including hybrid/agile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Visio
- Mastery of business analysis principles, processes, applications, and requirements elicitation tools
- Extensive knowledge of the IT development cycle and Agile Framework
- Deep understanding of project lifecycles, processes, techniques, and tools
- Strong stakeholder relationship and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
- Effective decision-making, problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible during organizational or business changes
- IIBA, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications preferred

- Base compensation of $94,100.00–$164,800.00 per year
