Job Description
Business Development Manager at TBAuctions, focused on building networks for industrial auction services in Germany. Engaging with local businesses to enhance auction processes and sales.
Responsibilities:
- You manage your own territory (approx. 100 km radius) and build a local customer network in industry, construction, agriculture, or logistics.
- You visit businesses, assess machinery, and accompany the entire auction process.
- You create high-quality listings (photos, descriptions, and videos where applicable) and coordinate marketing together with the internal auction team.
- You build trust with your clients, continuously expand your network, and become the regional contact for used machinery.
- You contribute ideas and actively help shape the development of the new model.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, field sales, real estate, leasing, or consulting — or a career switch with drive.
- Independent, outgoing, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and delivering measurable results.
- Technically curious and comfortable using digital tools.
