Job Description
EY pursuit support specialist shaping insight-rich technology consulting proposals. Coordinating reviews, dashboards, reusable assets, and client-aligned approaches for business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic enabler for pursuit teams by providing industry and account insights, intelligence, reusable assets, EY value propositions, and client-aligned approaches
- Understand pursuit objectives, prioritize support requests, and align with pursuit teams on outcomes and deadlines
- Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to generate actionable intelligence
- Gather and enrich client account history, performance, and strategic priorities to identify opportunities and anticipate needs
- Shape client-focused perspectives and potential solutions
- Articulate EY’s competitive edge through methodologies, tools, case studies, project teams, and sectoral or functional experts
- Develop project approaches aligned with RFP scopes of work
- Curate and adapt support materials for pursuits
- Review proposal content and provide feedback on technical quality and commercial aspects
- Coordinate proposal development, timelines, internal reviews, approvals, and established processes
- Maintain request trackers, prioritize tasks, monitor follow-ups, and develop progress dashboards
- Review proposals for grammar, formatting, visual appeal, completeness, accuracy, and client alignment
- Collect, review, store, and archive pursuit and market research data
- Maintain repositories of credentials, insights, methodologies, tools, standard approaches, and expert CVs with searchable tagging
- Leverage technology and AI for collaboration, efficiency, and scalability
- Gather ongoing market and industry insights and establish guidelines for reusable assets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields from a reputed university
- Preferred: Masters in a relevant business discipline
- PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Based in Cairo (Egypt) or Amman (Jordan)
- No travel required
- Exposure to transformation programs, performance improvement, and project management
- Ability to quickly understand and ramp up on industry sectors
- Strong research and synthesis capabilities
- Critical thinking and structured analysis
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, logical, impactful slides
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Excel dashboards
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong oral communication and storytelling skills
- Strong visual design skills in PowerPoint
- Knowledge management expertise
- Familiarity with Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint across Office 365
- Experience with document automation, AI-based search tools, and tagging systems
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- High attention to detail in reviewing, writing, and refining content
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
- Active listening and adaptability in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration mindset
