Job Description
Sales Professional at 3M driving profitable sales for the C&I business in Louisiana and Mississippi. Collaborating with innovative teams and managing effective territory sales plans.
Responsibilities:
- Driving profitable sales for the C&I business in the assigned territory.
- Developing, implementing, and executing effective territory business plans.
- Prioritizing end customers, markets, and distributors to drive effective territory management.
- Implementing promotions and directives as set by division management.
- Collaborating across other C&I territories and within other 3M EMD Divisions to meet customer needs.
- Driving a company vehicle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years direct sales and/or electrical construction/industrial experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- OR Associate's degree and five (5) years of electrical industry sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
