Job Description
Engaging in outbound market research through telephone interviews while recording results in a data collection system. Working remotely as a Virtual Call Center Agent in the multifamily industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collect data on property key data points
- Record results into our internal data collection system
- Conduct efficient and accurate online research using various tools available
- Understand importance of key industry data points being gathered
- Confirm and update information in our data collection system
- Follow strict guidelines for obtaining consistent unbiased data
- Meet stringent quality assessments standards and work monitoring requirements
- Cooperate with co-workers and management while working toward department goal
- Maintain center standards for performance and productivity
- Follow all center policies and procedures as outlined in the call center policy addendum
Requirements:
- Must have own PC (desktop or laptop), noise-cancelling headset, and stable internet connection with backup (prepaid wireless modem acceptable)
- At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in outbound calling, market research, or similar roles
- Strong English communication skills (conversational to fluent), with good reading comprehension
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills
- Must be comfortable working graveyard shifts and in a permanent work-from-home setup
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace and ability to remain on calls for extended periods
