Job Description

Join OpinaData as a Call Center Interviewer conducting surveys remotely in Brazil. Engage with clients and ensure data quality within a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer survey questionnaires by phone
  • Conduct interviews with individuals and businesses
  • Accurately record responses in the systems used
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of collected information
  • Follow the scripts and procedures defined for each survey
  • Contribute to meeting project targets and deadlines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (completed)
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 months of related experience
  • Good diction and verbal communication skills
  • Good written communication
  • Basic knowledge of telephony systems
  • Computer with internet access for remote work
  • Preferred: Previous call center experience; experience with opinion surveys or public-facing customer service; ease with digital tools and data entry systems
