Job Description
Campaign Marketing Manager leading outbound campaigns driven by product engagement signals. Focused on reaching the right customers with timely outreach in automation and AI.
Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign planning: Use product usage and intent signals to define outbound priority, timing, and audience selection
- Write and refine sales-ready outbound messaging aligned to enterprise AI use cases
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into outbound-ready narratives
- Work with RevOps to define targeting, routing, attribution, and performance benchmarks
- Enable Sales with sequences, messaging frameworks, and activation guidance
- Measure impact across reply rate, meeting booked rate, pipeline sourced, and conversion
- Continuously test subject lines, messaging angles, personalization, and formats to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with deep focus on Enterprise outbound programs
- Proven success writing high-performing sales emails at scale
- You’ve run integrated, complex campaigns across digital, events, partner channels, and you know how to measure impact.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior in AI, automation, or transformation
- Comfortable testing, iterating, and scaling programs across large audiences
- AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI to improve speed, quality, or relevance
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong Engage, and modern outbound engagement platforms.
