Job Description

Campaign Marketing Manager leading outbound campaigns driven by product engagement signals. Focused on reaching the right customers with timely outreach in automation and AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead campaign planning: Use product usage and intent signals to define outbound priority, timing, and audience selection
  • Write and refine sales-ready outbound messaging aligned to enterprise AI use cases
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into outbound-ready narratives
  • Work with RevOps to define targeting, routing, attribution, and performance benchmarks
  • Enable Sales with sequences, messaging frameworks, and activation guidance
  • Measure impact across reply rate, meeting booked rate, pipeline sourced, and conversion
  • Continuously test subject lines, messaging angles, personalization, and formats to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with deep focus on Enterprise outbound programs
  • Proven success writing high-performing sales emails at scale
  • You’ve run integrated, complex campaigns across digital, events, partner channels, and you know how to measure impact.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior in AI, automation, or transformation
  • Comfortable testing, iterating, and scaling programs across large audiences
  • AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI to improve speed, quality, or relevance
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong Engage, and modern outbound engagement platforms.
