Job Description
Certified Residential Appraiser leveraging technology for robust property appraisals at True Footage. Engaging with market data and acting as a liaison for client communications.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient at selecting comparable properties to the subject
- Analyzing market data and valuing residential properties
- Ensuring high levels of customer service when communicating with the operating team
- Upholding continuing education and credentialization requirements
- Advising management and engineering executives on product decisions and process flows
Requirements:
- Certified residential appraiser with understanding of valuation techniques
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- High proficiency in using technology, including software, apps, and databases
- Ability to work independently and rely on your own judgment
- Ability to perform residential valuations at a proficient level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license for conducting fieldwork
