Job Description

Client Experience Project Administrator serving as liaison between sales teams and clients while coordinating product delivery and project statuses in IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between the Enterprise Sales Teams, clients, partners, and project managers
  • Organize and coordinate product delivery, maintain updates on timelines and project statuses
  • Prepare reporting required by the client
  • Coordinate last minute product or delivery changes
  • Manage inquiries and escalations
  • Engage with service partners for project work
  • Work on order fulfillment and status updates for client orders
  • Participate in customer conference calls to define services and schedules
  • Provide daily shipping report and weekly inventory report

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 9 years of work experience to qualify for role
  • 11 years of total work experience to be fully proficient
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Traxx/MarkITPlace enterprise system
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of the lifecycle of a customer order and some order processing experience
  • Knowledge of Enterprise sales organization and sales process
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project coordination process
  • Excellent communication skills
