Job Description
Client Relationship Manager connecting prospective clients with LiveHappy Initiative’s leadership and personal development programs. Managing conversations, follow-up, and performance-based activities remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Build professional relationships with prospective clients
- Respond to and follow up with individuals who have expressed interest
- Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand goals, priorities, and alignment
- Share information about leadership and personal development programs and available pathways
- Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the decision-making process
- Use digital tools and established systems to manage communication, follow-up, and activity
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
- Manage schedule and activities independently within a proven framework
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience in client relationships, account management, client success, business development, marketing, communications, leadership, consulting, or a related field
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable having purposeful conversations and asking thoughtful questions
- Sound judgment, initiative, and consistent follow-through
- Comfortable using digital tools for communication and relationship management
- Ability to work well independently and manage your own schedule and priorities
